Faithful Five Inc. is an Idaho nonprofit corporation carrying the gospel through two ministries: Jesus People Coffee House, our homeless outreach in Spokane, and River Tech School, our performing arts and technology school for grades 1–12 in Post Falls.

The policies that shape how those ministries operate belong to the people they serve as much as to the people who run them, so we publish them here. Each policy appears in full, in the wording that governs. Where a policy carries a public notice, that notice is reproduced word for word and is never edited or summarised.

How policies are made

Written once, approved openly, reviewed on a clock.

Policy at Faithful Five is not improvised. Each policy is drafted, reviewed, and approved by the authority named in the policy itself, and each one carries a responsible officer who has to make it true in practice rather than merely on paper.

Who approves what

Approval authority	Board of Directors, Faithful Five Inc.
Responsible officer	Named in each policy. For school policy, the Head of School.
Review cycle	Every three years, and immediately on any change in tax status, entity structure, accreditation, or acceptance of federal funds.

Why we publish them

A policy that the people it affects cannot read is not a policy, it is a private preference. Publishing the full text means anyone can hold Faithful Five to its own words, and it means we have to mean them. That is the point of this page.

Raising a concern

Concerns about a policy, or about how a policy has been applied, go to the officer responsible for it. Where a concern involves that officer, it goes to the Board Chair of Faithful Five Inc. Nobody is retaliated against for raising one. Write to us through the contact page and it will be routed to the right person.

Notice of Nondiscriminatory Policy as to Students

River Tech School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school, and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
